Throughout the course of our 3 (individual) sessions, you will be told about the aspects of emotional well-being. Our task is to help you gain a greater knowledge about your feeling "mechanisms" so that positive changes can be achieved.

All sessions take place on personal appointment at your practitioners office. There is some simple documentation that we kindly ask you to read prior to the first session. The 1st session will take 1.5-2 hours. The 2nd and 3rd about an hour each. The time interval between the sessions ideally is between 1 day and a week, and the whole program should be done within about 2 weeks.

At no stage will you be required to share with us your motivations for attending the program. In fact: it is very important that you don't. The sessions are merely the start of your own re-balancing process, and you yourself will take over from there. We don't solve any issues; you do - or rather, your subconscious does.

Noticeable effects vary per person in intensity and time, and in our experience 5 months is a good measuring point. After that period, with your approval, we send you a short questionnaire / evaluation form. We kindly ask you to send it back to us, but there is no obligation whatsoever.
