Ever have that feeling....
...that you simply can not deal with something? Your work, weight, your social life? It is not a matter of sick versus healthy, or good versus bad. There is no “best way” of dealing with things, there is only your way. If it happens, some of us run for Ben & Jerry, others dive into work, and others simply ignore or avoid. Others again, may have defined a problem. But you're not ill: you just somehow have the feeling that there is something unbalanced, or holding you back.
....don't worry, we all do.
That feeling comes from somewhere. It is the more experienced and wiser “adult you” now, that can subconsciously look back at your development. It brings the good news and the bad news. The bad news being that only you yourself can truly feel where, in the continuous emotional development, your 'ship' may have gone off-course, however slightly. The good news: it means that you yourself hold the key to adjustment, to re-balancing. If you have a key, then you also have the resources to use it [we are all capable of great change whenever new realisation can be achieved]. But how do you find it? This is where we come in. |
